APPETIZERS
Potato Skins
Crispy Idaho skins with melted cheddar cheese and bacon bits.
Served with guacamole and sour cream
Mussels in Pesto Cream
Fresh Prince Edward Island Mussels steamed in Pesto Cream
Sauce. Served with Garlic Toast Points.
SALADS
Spinach and Strawberry Salad
Fresh Spinach tossed in a raspberry vinaigrette with fresh
strawberries, red onion, pecans and goat's cheese.
Cold Tortellini Salad
Cheese Tortellini tossed with sun-dried tomatoes in a fresh Basis
Pesto Dressing.
Add Chicken.
ENTREES
Crab Stuffed Tilapia
Crab stuffed 8 oz Tilapia Filet served on a bed of Wild Rice Pilaf with sautéed
fresh spinach and a Pineapple Beurre Blanc.
Lobster Tail
Broiled 10 oz Lobster Tail served on a bed of Fettuccine Pasta in a
Lobster Cream Sauce with veggie of the day.
Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon
Grilled Salmon baked in a honey Mustard Glaze. Served with
Wild Rice Pilaf and sautéed Green Beans.
Filet and Perch
6oz. grilled Filet Mignon with breaded Lake Perch. Served with
Baked Potato, Veggie of the Day, Béarnaise and a fresh Dill Tartar
Sauce.
Linguine with Shrimp
Six large Gulf Shrimp sautéed in Garlic and Olive Oil with Artichoke
Hearts, Asparagus, and Fresh Tomatoes. Tossed with Linguine Pasta in garlic and olive oil.
Pork Medallion's Calabrese
Lightly seasoned tender pork medallions topped with a mushroom and
sun-dried tomato cream sauce served over garlic mashed potatoes with
grilled asparagus spears.
