Chicken Marsala
Boneless Chicken Breast sautéed in a Marsala wine sauce, accompanied with wild rice or your choice of potato. 

Fried Chicken
Half of a Chicken dipped in Mulligan’s Breading then deep-fried until golden brown with your choice of potato and vegetable. 

Lemon Pepper Chicken
Boneless Chicken Breast broiled and seasoned with lemon and freshly ground black pepper with your choice of potato.
