Tender New York Strip Steak pan-fried to order, seasoned and topped with Mulligan’s Gaelic Sauce (a blend of cream and Irish Whiskey)

Pauper Wellington
Fresh lean chopped steak char broiled to order and topped with your choice of four ingredients, then wrapped in a pastry crust and baked to a golden brown.
